"We needed insurance on an old wooden sailboat and had no luck with agencies supposedly specializing in such boats. I called January Peavy and asked if she could insure our boat. Miracle of miracles, she picked up the phone, and actual human, with no phone tree and no robot! All she needed was a recent survey, which we had, and basic questions answered. We were insured the next day at a reasonable price. Easy Peasy Peavey! I can't imagine how it could be any easier or efficient. Highly recommended.

"I rented an aerial lift for a project at my home. Because the rental company did not offer a protection plan, I called our HOI provider, Horace Mann, and discovered that we were not covered for any damage whatsoever. With the lift arriving in less than 4 hours, I called January. In less than an hour, we had a new homeowners policy with full coverage and great pricing. I wrapped my auto policy in a couple of days later because the rates were too good to pass up. For me, the real difference maker was January. She was confident, on point, and knew her stuff. Not only do I recommend January as an agent, I advise anyone to call her to check if their coverage is what they think it is. I use to think State Farm was a bit pricey but I am pleased with what I am paying and rest easier knowing that I am covered. Thank you January !!!"
